Kelly has construction bases in four states — Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana and Arkansas — and we serve customers throughout the Midwest and Mississippi River corridor. Many of our employees report to the same jobsite long-term and gain years of experience with customer facilities. Our work does periodically take us to new locations — for both existing customers and new clients — so we’re always looking for employees willing to travel and new personnel to expand our operations.

New hires go through initial safety training before reporting to a jobsite, and Kelly continually trains and refreshes our employees on common safety topics. Employees just starting careers in construction and metal fabrication get an opportunity to learn from Kelly personnel with decades of experience, and we have a relationship with an NCCER Accredited Assessment Center. Kelly also provides job-specific training as needed on topics such as belt splicing and bearing maintenance.
